Welcome to the Virtual Public Information Centre for the Ridley Road Reconstruction Environmental Assessment Study

Study Purpose

The City of St. Catharines has initiated a study to determine the preferred road cross section to implement on Ridley Road between Louth Street and Henrietta Street, south of Ridley College. Ridley Road is being reconstructed in anticipation of additional works to be completed to the proposed GO Station Site Upgrades and future residential development.

The Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) process identifies alternative cross sections to implement. Each alternative is analyzed and evaluated based on the potential impacts to the natural, social, cultural and economic environments. This Virtual Public Information Centre (vPIC) presents the results of that evaluation.

This vPIC is now finished. You can view the video presentation below. For more project information, click here.
