Welcome to the Virtual Public Information Centre #2 for the Moffatt Street Secondary Access Environmental Assessment Study
The City of St. Catharines has initiated a study to explore viable options for a secondary access for Moffatt Street. Moffatt Street is a local roadway located in an isolated pocket of residential homes on the west side of the former Welland Canal valley lands in the City of St. Catharines. There is currently no alternate access serving Moffatt Street residents. The following is a graphic representation (facing northeast) of the proposed secondary access:
